Tips on how to calm those pre boudoir shoot nerves.

Hell yeah! A boudoir shoot is nerve-wracking! But I’m here to tell you, that you have got nothing to worry about!

I’ve got ya!❤️

I’m here to make sure that you feel calm, comfortable and confident during your boudoir photoshoot.

It’s the run up to the shoot that’s the worst!

But please know, that once my clients have walked through the door, every single one of them have said how welcomed and at ease they felt straight away.

Honestly half of my clients come through my door looking very anxious, like they may bolt at any given moment, BUT after the shoot, when they’re leaving, it’s pretty much dancing out of the door, rather than walking!

Nevertheless, even knowing this, you will still have some nerves on the run up to your shoot, that’s 100% normal.

So here’s a few thoughts to remember and tips on how to calm those nerves before the big day!

🖤🖤🖤🖤

  1. You are in good hands! I’m a professional photographer. I’ve worked with many women to create beautiful portraits of themselves that they love!

  2. Remember this isn’t some kind of test! Try and relax and have fun. This is a celebration of YOU!

  3. Do not compare yourselves to others you see on social media or indeed my website. We are all unique and beautiful in our own way.

  4. Keep reminding yourself why you wanted to do this. You will not regret doing it!

  5. Practice some deep breathing exercises the night before and on the morning of your session.

  6. Try to listen to some positive affirmations or some guided meditation techniques, there are loads on Youtube.

  7. Listen to some uplifting music that makes you happy whilst you are getting ready for your session.

  8. Remember, I am not there to judge you, I am there to CELEBRATE YOU! It’s in my best interests to make you look and feel amazing too! 😉
